How big is CMAC Media?

CMAC Media is Cynthia McGuineas.  Riding along side me on projects as needed are an assembled team of  professionals in social media, production, media planning, execution and  new and traditional media.

Does CMAC Media work outside of Austin?

Yes.  I take off my spurs, put on my pumps and go wherever CMAC Media’s services are needed.

Does CMAC Media work on a contract basis only?

The goal is for CMAC Media to provide you with support, guidance, expertise, solutions and results on a short term basis.  That can range from a one hour new and traditional media training session to a 2 day management training or a 4 to 8 week project management contract.  (Keep reading, you will find out more about training and project management.)

Does CMAC Media work with more that one company at a time?

Yes.  Keep in mind, each assignment is unique and will be customized based on a company’s needs and expectations.

How does CMAC Media’s Management Training work?

Ideally the training takes place on site  over 2 days. Each session is 3 hours long.  Out of respect for your staffs time and dedication to their jobs,  the two, 3 hour sessions are very “do-able”.    The training is based on the premise that managers that work hard and smart and balance it all with generosity and some fun, do succeed.

Can we hire CMAC Media to update our company on New and Traditional Media Advertising?

Absolutely.  The consultations can be customized to your needs.  Would you like a series of one hour sessions?  Will one session be sufficient.  Let’s discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your company.

What is Project Management?

All media companies from radio stations, rep firms, outdoor, cable operators to network radio experience sales management turnover or upheaval.  CMAC Media will step in to that management position for 4 to 8 weeks while you find the perfect sales manager to fill the position permanently or the sales manager returns from family or maternity leave.  Your clients, the sales team, the support staff and upper management will not miss a beat while CMAC Media steps in and fills those management shoes temporarily.  It’s just that simple.
